City officials & department staff members are a huge help to the Jaycees! Mayor Bill Judge along with Safety Director, Police Chief, Fire Chief,  Service Dept, Parks & Rec,  Building Commissioner, Street Dept and the Parks & Recreation Commission take an active role in ensuring the safety & fun for all of our Cherry Blossom guests. The supervisors & staff of each department help the Jaycees solve issues involving public safety, electric, permits, water, litter, banners, utility payments & road closures...for that the Jaycees are sincerely thankful!​
